Most saunas are delivered via freight carriers (curbside delivery) in a palletized wooden crate. Some components, such as the heater and accessories, may ship separately. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery, and someone must be available to receive the shipment.

If your sauna arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, you must:

• Inspect the shipment upon delivery
• Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing
• Contact Rodeo Wellness within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photo or video evidence of the issue

If a claim is approved, Rodeo Wellness will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement parts, or unit replacement. Due to freight shipping, physical product returns are not accepted.

For safety and certification compliance, the heater is controlled directly on the unit, while the wall-mounted panel is used for lighting and speaker functions.

Electrical requirements vary by model. Most saunas require a dedicated 220–240V connection installed by a licensed electrician. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to installation.

Outdoor suitability depends on the specific model. Only models designated for outdoor use should be installed outdoors. Proper site preparation and weather protection are required.

Rodeo Wellness saunas are constructed using Canadian Hemlock or Red Cedar, depending on the model. Wood grain, color, and finish may vary due to natural material characteristics. Materials are selected for durability and stable performance in sauna environments.
