Important Limited Warranty Disclosure

THIS IS A LIMITED REPLACEMENT-PARTS-ONLY WARRANTY. RODEO WELLNESS DOES NOT PROVIDE OR PAY FOR LABOR, INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, REINSTALLATION, ON-SITE SERVICE, OR THIRD-PARTY DIAGNOSTIC EXPENSES UNDER THIS VOLUNTARY WARRANTY.

Coverage applies exclusively to verified original manufacturing defects in expressly covered structural components.

Electrical equipment, natural wood movement, normal weathering, improper installation, misuse, inadequate maintenance, and shipping damage are excluded from this voluntary structural warranty, as further described below.

Replacement parts are provided without charge for the parts themselves when a covered claim is approved. Shipping charges and other limitations may apply.

Nothing in this warranty eliminates rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Warranty Coverage and Duration

Rodeo Wellness LLC ("Rodeo Wellness," "Rodeo," "we," "us," or "our") warrants that expressly covered structural components of eligible new Rodeo-branded residential saunas will be free from qualifying defects in original materials and manufacturing workmanship for five (5) years beginning on the original delivery date.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is first delivered to the original purchaser, as established by carrier delivery confirmation or other reliable delivery records.

Replacement parts, repairs, subsequent relocation, or transfer of possession do not restart or extend the original warranty period, except where required by applicable law.

Coverage is limited to manufacturing defects that materially impair the structural integrity or intended structural functionality of expressly covered components.

This warranty applies to eligible new products purchased directly from Rodeo Wellness or an authorized retailer and delivered within the contiguous United States.

The warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is nontransferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Products sold as used, refurbished, or open-box are covered only by any separate written warranty provided at the time of sale.

This warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular useful life, freedom from natural material movement, or protection against all forms of deterioration.

2. Covered Structural Components

The following original factory-supplied components qualify for five-year coverage:

  • Primary load-bearing structural framing.
  • Structural wall framing and supports.
  • Structural roof framing and supports.
  • Structural floor framing and supports.
  • Factory-manufactured load-bearing bench supports.
  • Other structural components expressly identified in the applicable product-specific coverage schedule.

Coverage applies only when a qualifying manufacturing defect materially impairs the component's intended structural function.

Nonstructural wood, decorative paneling, trim, doors, glass, hinges, handles, seals, gaskets, accessories, and consumables are excluded unless expressly identified as covered in the applicable product-specific schedule.

A model-specific coverage schedule identifying the covered structural components must be made available before purchase and forms part of this warranty.

3. Definition and Verification of Manufacturing Defects

A qualifying manufacturing defect is a defect in original materials or manufacturing workmanship that existed when the product left the manufacturer's control and materially impairs an expressly covered component's intended structural function.

Cracking, movement, discoloration, deterioration, or component failure during the warranty period does not automatically establish a manufacturing defect.

Damage caused by installation, handling, misuse, inadequate maintenance, environmental exposure, natural material characteristics, normal aging, or other excluded causes is not covered.

Rodeo Wellness may request reasonable documentation, photographs, videos, installation information, maintenance information, or inspection to evaluate a claim.

Claims will be reviewed in good faith based on reasonably available evidence. Verified covered claims will not be unreasonably denied.

4. Exclusive Limited Warranty Remedy

For an approved covered manufacturing defect, Rodeo Wellness will provide an approved replacement structural part or material without charging the customer for the part itself.

REPLACEMENT OF THE COVERED DEFECTIVE COMPONENT IS RODEO WELLNESS'S EXCLUSIVE VOLUNTARY REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Rodeo Wellness may provide a new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent replacement part, provided it is reasonably suitable for the intended structural application and permitted by law.

Replacement materials may differ in color, grain, finish, appearance, or design. Exact cosmetic matching is not guaranteed.

Rodeo Wellness is not obligated to replace an entire sauna when replacement of the affected component effectively remedies the covered defect.

If an original component is discontinued or unavailable, Rodeo Wellness may provide a reasonably compatible, functionally equivalent replacement.

Rodeo Wellness is not required to maintain an inventory of identical replacement components for the entire warranty period, provided an effective remedy remains available.

Replacement parts remain covered for the balance of the original warranty period, or longer if required by law.

If the limited remedy cannot effectively resolve a covered defect within a reasonable time, Rodeo Wellness will provide any additional remedy required by applicable law.

5. No Labor, Installation, or Service Coverage

RODEO WELLNESS DOES NOT PROVIDE, ARRANGE, OR REIMBURSE LABOR UNDER THIS VOLUNTARY LIMITED WARRANTY.

Customers are responsible for all expenses associated with:

  • Third-party diagnosis and inspection.
  • Removal or access to defective components.
  • Assembly, disassembly, and reassembly.
  • Installation of replacement components.
  • Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and contractor services.
  • Technician visits, travel, and transportation.
  • Permits, inspections, lifting equipment, and equipment rental.
  • Disposal of removed materials.
  • Other third-party expenses.

Customers are responsible for arranging safe installation of replacement parts by qualified personnel where necessary.

Providing replacement components does not constitute an agreement by Rodeo Wellness to perform, supervise, certify, or pay for their installation.

No third-party expenses are reimbursable under this voluntary warranty without Rodeo Wellness's prior written authorization.

Nothing in this section excludes remedies that applicable law does not permit Rodeo Wellness to waive.

6. Electrical, Electronic, and Powered Mechanical Components

Electrical, electronic, heating, and powered mechanical components are excluded from Rodeo Wellness's voluntary five-year structural warranty.

Excluded components include:

  • Sauna heaters and heating elements.
  • Infrared heating assemblies.
  • Wiring, connectors, and power supplies.
  • Thermostats, sensors, timers, and control panels.
  • Circuit boards, switches, and electronic displays.
  • Lighting, speakers, and communications equipment.
  • Fans, motors, pumps, chillers, and compressors.
  • Other electrical or powered mechanical equipment.

These components may have separate manufacturer warranties, where available.

Any separate manufacturer warranty is provided by the applicable manufacturer, not Rodeo Wellness. Rodeo Wellness does not independently guarantee the manufacturer's performance or voluntarily assume its warranty obligations, except where required by applicable law.

Applicable manufacturer warranty information will be identified or made available before purchase.

A separate manufacturer warranty does not eliminate Rodeo Wellness's non-excludable statutory obligations as a seller.

7. Natural Wood Characteristics

Wood is a natural material subject to dimensional movement, aging, and environmental variation.

The following are excluded when resulting from natural wood characteristics, normal aging, ordinary use, or environmental exposure:

  • Warping, twisting, bowing, and cupping.
  • Cracking, checking, splitting, and surface fractures.
  • Shrinking, swelling, expansion, and contraction.
  • Knots, grain variations, and natural imperfections.
  • Fading, discoloration, and surface changes.
  • Resin or sap release.
  • Seasonal gaps and movement between boards.
  • Natural weathering and cosmetic deterioration.

These conditions may occur during the warranty period without constituting manufacturing defects.

This exclusion does not apply where a qualifying manufacturing defect in a covered structural component directly causes the claimed condition.

8. Weather and Environmental Damage

This warranty excludes damage caused by environmental conditions unrelated to a covered manufacturing defect, including:

  • Rain, snow, ice, hail, wind, storms, and flooding.
  • Excessive moisture, humidity, and condensation.
  • Sunlight, ultraviolet exposure, and temperature fluctuations.
  • Freezing, standing water, and inadequate drainage.
  • Rust, corrosion, oxidation, and mineral deposits.
  • Mold, mildew, insects, rodents, and pests.
  • Improper foundations, site preparation, or ventilation.
  • Failure to maintain protective coatings, seals, or roofing where required by product instructions.
  • Exposure outside published operating specifications.

Outdoor-rated saunas are intended for use within their specified outdoor conditions. Normal outdoor exposure and weathering are not manufacturing defects.

Qualifying manufacturing defects remain eligible for coverage when discovered during normal outdoor use.

9. Installation, Misuse, and Maintenance

This warranty excludes damage caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete assembly.
  • Failure to follow installation instructions.
  • Improper foundations, anchoring, or structural support.
  • Incorrect electrical installation or voltage.
  • Improper heater use or inadequate clearances.
  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence.
  • Improper cleaning products or chemicals.
  • Modifications that cause damage.
  • Improper transportation, relocation, or storage.
  • Failure to perform required maintenance.
  • Operation outside published product specifications.

Customers must follow supplied installation, operating, safety, and maintenance instructions.

Damage caused by third-party service or parts is excluded only to the extent those activities caused the claimed failure.

Use of an independent installer or non-Rodeo service provider does not automatically void coverage for unrelated manufacturing defects.

Rodeo Wellness may request relevant maintenance documentation when reasonably necessary to evaluate a claim. Missing records alone do not automatically invalidate otherwise eligible coverage.

10. Shipping Charges for Warranty Replacement Parts

For approved warranty claims reported within ninety (90) days after original delivery, Rodeo Wellness will pay standard outbound shipping for approved replacement parts within the contiguous United States.

For claims reported after ninety (90) days, the customer is responsible for reasonable standard outbound shipping and freight charges, disclosed before shipment.

Expedited shipping, optional special handling, and premium delivery services are excluded.

If Rodeo Wellness requires return of a defective component for warranty evaluation or fulfillment, Rodeo Wellness will arrange and pay reasonable authorized return shipping.

Unauthorized customer-arranged shipping expenses are not reimbursable unless required by law.

11. Shipping Damage, Freight Claims, and Risk of Loss

SHIPPING DAMAGE IS NOT A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND IS NOT COVERED BY THIS VOLUNTARY STRUCTURAL PARTS WARRANTY.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery and report visible damage to the carrier and Rodeo Wellness as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within forty-eight (48) hours.

Customers should photograph damaged products and packaging, note visible damage on delivery receipts where possible, and retain packaging until the claim is resolved.

Customers must reasonably cooperate with carrier investigations and provide documentation necessary to support freight claims.

Freight damage must be submitted through the applicable carrier or freight insurance claims process by the party entitled or required to make the claim.

Where the customer independently contracts with the carrier and bears the risk of loss, the customer is responsible for pursuing the carrier claim.

Where Rodeo Wellness is the carrier's contracting party or remains legally responsible for delivery, Rodeo Wellness will coordinate the appropriate carrier claim or provide the remedy required by the sales agreement and applicable law.

The requested forty-eight-hour reporting period facilitates freight recovery and does not automatically extinguish non-waivable customer rights.

Risk of loss is governed by the parties' shipping agreement and applicable law.

This provision does not eliminate Rodeo Wellness's responsibility for damaged or nonconforming deliveries where the law places that responsibility on Rodeo Wellness.

12. Residential and Commercial Use

The five-year coverage described in this warranty applies to eligible products sold for normal residential use.

Commercial and income-generating uses, including gyms, spas, hotels, wellness facilities, and short-term rentals, are subject to the written warranty expressly applicable to those sales.

For eligible products expressly sold with commercial structural coverage, the voluntary structural parts warranty period is one (1) year from original delivery, unless the product-specific written warranty provides otherwise.

Commercial-use restrictions do not retroactively reduce coverage previously granted or eliminate non-excludable rights.

13. Warranty Claim Submission and Authorization

Warranty claims must be submitted during the applicable warranty period to:

support@rodeowellness.com

Customers should provide:

  1. Proof of purchase or other reliable purchase verification.
  2. Product model and original delivery date.
  3. Description of the claimed defect.
  4. Clear photographs of the affected component.
  5. Video or additional photographs when reasonably necessary.
  6. Relevant installation and maintenance information.
  7. Other reasonable documentation needed to evaluate the claim.

Rodeo Wellness may request reasonable inspection, safe troubleshooting, or return of an affected component where necessary to evaluate the claim.

Customers must reasonably cooperate with warranty investigations and preserve allegedly defective components when requested, provided doing so is safe and practicable. Rodeo Wellness may defer a voluntary warranty determination when essential evidence reasonably requested for verification has not been provided.

Customers are not required to perform unsafe electrical work, hazardous disassembly, or other unsafe troubleshooting.

Customers should discontinue unsafe operation and take reasonable steps to prevent additional damage.

Rodeo Wellness will aim to acknowledge warranty claims within five (5) business days of receipt. This is an administrative service target, not a guarantee of claim approval or final resolution within that period.

Claims will be evaluated in good faith within a reasonable time after sufficient information is received.

A claim properly submitted during the warranty period may be resolved after the warranty period expires.

14. Unauthorized Expenses

Customers must obtain written authorization before purchasing replacement components or incurring expenses for which they seek reimbursement under this voluntary warranty.

Rodeo Wellness does not voluntarily reimburse unauthorized:

  • Contractor or technician charges.
  • Replacement-part purchases.
  • Repairs or modifications.
  • Shipping or transportation.
  • Emergency services.
  • Removal or installation costs.

This provision does not limit legally required remedies.

15. Replacement-Part Availability

Rodeo Wellness does not guarantee continued inventory of identical replacement parts for the entire warranty period.

If an original part is unavailable, Rodeo Wellness may provide a reasonably compatible, functionally equivalent replacement that effectively remedies the covered defect.

Rodeo Wellness will provide any alternative remedy required by applicable law if an effective replacement cannot reasonably be supplied.

16. Additional Exclusions

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, consumables, ordinary aging, improper storage, theft, vandalism, fire, or damage from incompatible accessories.

It does not guarantee specific medical, therapeutic, wellness, or health outcomes.

Claims based solely on personal preferences concerning appearance, natural scent, sound, or heat characteristics are not covered when the product conforms to its published specifications.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rodeo Wellness's contractual liability under this voluntary limited warranty is limited to the original purchase price paid for the affected product.

To the extent permitted by law, Rodeo Wellness excludes liability under this warranty for incidental, special, indirect, and consequential damages, including lost profits, lost rental income, business interruption, loss of use, travel expenses, and third-party service expenses.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability for personal injury, fraud, mandatory consumer remedies, or other obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.

Some states do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so these provisions may not apply to every purchaser.

18. Implied Warranties

This warranty is designated a LIMITED WARRANTY.

To the extent permitted by federal and applicable state law, any implied warranties applicable to the warranted consumer product are limited in duration to the five-year term of this written limited warranty for eligible residential products.

For products subject to a separately issued one-year commercial limited warranty, any permissible limitation of implied-warranty duration will be governed by that separate warranty and applicable law.

Rodeo Wellness does not disclaim implied warranties in violation of the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act or applicable state law.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

19. Product Safety and Mandatory Remedies

Nothing in this warranty limits legally required product safety reporting, recalls, corrective actions, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Customers should discontinue use of any product that presents a suspected serious safety hazard and contact Rodeo Wellness.

Warranty exclusions do not eliminate rights or obligations arising under applicable product safety laws.

20. Warranty Review

Customers may request review of a warranty determination by contacting support@rodeowellness.com.

This process is voluntary and does not prevent customers from pursuing legal rights.

Rodeo Wellness will consider additional relevant information in good faith.

21. General Terms

This warranty may be revised for future purchases but will not be changed retroactively to reduce existing warranty rights.

No employee, dealer, installer, or other representative may modify this warranty without written authorization from Rodeo Wellness.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

This warranty is separate from Rodeo Wellness's return and refund policies.

This warranty does not create a satisfaction guarantee or unconditional right of return.

22. Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Nothing in this warranty limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
