The HUUM HIVE Wood 13 is a 13.0 kW wood-burning sauna stove designed for sauna rooms from 212 to 459 cubic feet. Its cylindrical, floor-standing construction combines a traditional wood-fired heating method with the distinctive open-stone design of the HIVE series. Constructed from stainless steel, the HIVE Wood 13 features a stainless steel furnace door and a robust 1/5 in thick stainless steel flame tamer. Its large stone chamber accommodates up to 199 lb (90 kg) of sauna stones, creating a substantial heated stone surface around the stove. The HIVE Wood 13 operates entirely with wood fuel and does not require an electric sauna control for heating. A properly designed chimney/flue system is required for operation, and all chimney components, installation clearances, and ventilation requirements must follow the current HUUM installation instructions and applicable local building and fire codes. Required sauna stones and chimney/flue components are sold separately.
